Retreats & Drop-Ins
Immersive Weekend Retreats
Join the Ledgeway Sangha team for an intimate and powerful weekend at a beautiful lakeside estate about an hour outside of Austin, Texas. This gathering offers an opportunity to get support (or to support others) in releasing the judgments, resistances, and other contractions that lie at the root of human suffering, with the aid of our unique heart supplement (“Gratitude”), which offers a heart effect a key industry source describes as “more consistent, pronounced, powerful, and therapeutic than with any other known substance”. Come to serve others or to be served, to open your heart just a little more, and to practice resting in radical loving acceptance of all that is, while building deeply transformative connections with the other unique souls drawn to Ledgeway Sangha's purpose & community.
New to Ledgeway? If you weren't invited by an existing member, or just have questions before signing up, reach out to support@ledgeway.org — we like to do a short intro call with first-time retreat-goers, either before or shortly after you register.
Evening Arrival & Social Time (optional)
While our retreat doesn't officially start until Friday, we'll welcome arrivals as of 7pm on Thursday for anyone who wants to arrive the evening before and stay the night. There are no activities of any sort planned for this evening, however you're welcomed to connect with fellow participants, enjoy the pool or hot tub, and generally settle in. If you plan to arrive after 10pm on Thursday, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Retreat Opening
& Clarity Drop‑in
We'll serve a casual breakfast at 9am on Friday, and then at 11am we'll officially open our retreat with some key context and a short dialog. Then at 12pm, we'll start the opening circle for our first drop-in, using our usual supplement (“Clarity”) but with the opportunity to extend the experience with more Clarity throughout the afternoon and evening. Pending participant interest, we may also include an optional structured activity during this drop-in to support deepening connections and dropping further into Knowing Love together. Dinner will be served roughly around 7pm, and you're welcomed to head off to sleep whenever you feel so called.

* no arrivals allowed after this - Clarity Drop-in @ 12pm

Morning Breakfast & Dialog/Workshop
We'll start Saturday morning with a casual breakfast at 9am, and then at 10am Brian Robertson will facilitate an optional dialog, workshop, or something similar that's aligned with the Sangha's purpose. The specific offering will be decided at the retreat based on input from participants. If you'd prefer to skip this activity, you're welcomed to relax, socialize, or enjoy the property grounds & amenities instead (pool, hot tub, lake, kayaking, etc.).
Afternoon Gratitude Drop-In
At 12pm on Saturday we'll start the opening circle for a special drop-in with the Sangha's unique heart supplement (“Gratitude”). The Gratitude experience lasts about 8–10 hours, and once its effects begin to wane, we'll offer an opportunity to add Clarity for those who wish to continue. Dinner will be served roughly around 8pm, and we ask that everyone stays the night for the safety of all.

We'll serve brunch at 10:30am on Sunday, and then start a closing circle at 12pm to offer space for gratitudes, insights, reflections, celebrations, and whatever else feels aligned to share. We'll wrap that up sometime before 2pm, and ask you to depart shortly thereafter.

Near-Weekly Ceremonies
Ledgeway Sangha drop-ins offer a casual and largely unstructured journey container similar to a typical recreational approach, but where the invitation is not just to come and have fun, but to come and be of service to each other in the present moment, to practice loving and being loved more deeply, and to practice releasing resistances and judgments until we're just being love together, resting in loving acceptance of all that is.
